At CODE EDU, we value our students and strive to provide flexibility while maintaining fairness and accountability. The following policy applies to all admissions, course registrations, and services offered.

1. 1.1 Cancellation by Student

   • A student may request cancellation of admission/registration by submitting a written request to the administration office or through the official email ID.
   • Cancellation requests will be considered valid only if received before the commencement of the course/program.

2. 1.2 Refund Terms

   • Before Course Start: If cancellation is made 15 days or more before the course commencement date, 90% of the paid fee will be refunded (after deducting administrative charges).
   • Within 14 Days of Course Start: If cancellation is made within 14 days before the start date, 50% of the paid fee will be refunded.
   • After Course Commencement: No refund will be provided once the course has commenced.

3. 1.3 Cancellation by CODE EDU

   In the unlikely event that CODE EDU cancels or postpones a program due to insufficient enrollment, faculty unavailability, or unavoidable circumstances, students will be offered either:

   1. A full refund of the paid fee, or
   2. The option to transfer the admission to another course/program of equal value.

4. 1.4 Non-Refundable Components

   Registration fees, application processing fees, and material/kit charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

5. 1.5 Mode & Timeline of Refund

   All approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer within 15–20 working days of approval. Refunds will be made to the same account from which the original payment was received.
