CCI -
The Creative Capability Index
CCI is an AI + human-evaluated capability framework designed to measure creativity, cognition, communication, and industry-ready skills across multidisciplinary learning and professional environments. Built for learners, creators, professionals, and institutions, CCI evaluates real-world thinking, participation, adaptability, and execution beyond marks, memory, and conventional testing.
What is CCI?
Most assessments measure retention. CCI measures how you think when there’s no obvious answer.
The Creative Capability Index is built for learners, creators, and future professionals working across fast-changing creative and digital industries. It evaluates how people respond to ambiguity, communicate ideas, solve practical problems, participate in collaborative environments, and apply thinking under real conditions and not just inside timed question papers.
Capabilities That Actually Shape Creative Work
How CCI Works
01
Cognitive Challenge
Most people perform well when questions look familiar. CCI starts where familiarity ends. The first stage places learners inside scenario-based questions built around judgment, interpretation, reasoning, and decision-making under ambiguity. Some responses are evaluated by AI. Others are reviewed for thinking depth, clarity, and application quality.
02
Ecosystem Simulation
A polished answer says very little about how someone actually works. This stage tracks behaviour inside the ecosystem itself — participation quality, submission effort, collaborative activity, discussion involvement, and how learners respond once execution replaces theory. Low-effort participation gets filtered quickly.
03
Narrative Showcase
Many learners can make work. Fewer can explain why they made it that way. Learners submit video responses, visual analysis tasks, and structured written interpretations designed to evaluate articulation, observation quality, presentation logic, and clarity of thought under real communication conditions.
04
Continuous Performance Layer
One strong submission can be accidental. Patterns are harder to fake. CCI continuously maps contribution quality, initiative, participation consistency, collaboration behaviour, and ecosystem engagement across the platform over time instead of relying on one-time scoring alone.
